Leadership Training Program Updates for 2025

We're excited to announce significant enhancements to our Leadership Training Program for 2025, incorporating cutting-edge leadership methodologies and responding to feedback from hundreds of past participants. The updated curriculum now includes five core modules: Strategic Leadership & Vision, Effective Communication & Influence, Team Building & Collaboration, Change Management & Innovation, and Personal Leadership & Emotional Intelligence. Each module combines theoretical frameworks with practical exercises, case studies, and real-world applications. One major addition is our new Digital Leadership track, recognizing the increasing importance of leading in virtual and hybrid environments. This track covers digital collaboration tools, remote team management, online community building, and leveraging technology for social impact. We've also expanded our trainer network to include industry leaders, successful entrepreneurs, and experienced JCI trainers from around the world. This diverse pool of expertise ensures that participants receive well-rounded perspectives and learn from proven leaders across various fields. The program structure has been redesigned to be more flexible and accessible. In addition to intensive multi-day academies, we're introducing modular workshops that allow members to customize their learning journey based on their interests and availability. All sessions will be available both in-person and online to maximize accessibility. Participants who complete the full program will receive a JCI Leadership Certification, recognizing their commitment to personal development and leadership excellence. This certification is increasingly recognized by employers and organizations in Cambodia. Early bird registration for 2025 programs opens December 1st, with special rates for JCI members.
